The Role

We’re hiring a Founder's Associate – Business Focus (m/f/d) to work directly with our founding team on high-priority initiatives across sales, strategy, and corporate development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to help build a company from the ground up.

You’ll gain full exposure to the workings of an early-stage SaaS business, with a strong focus on scaling our sales efforts, supporting key accounts, and helping us enter new markets in the US and Asia. The role is hands-on, high-trust, and central to our next phase of growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner sales support
    Work with the founders and sales team to identify leads, prepare outreach, join key meetings, and improve our sales reporting and analytics.

  • Strategic planning
    Support the refinement and execution of our company strategy by identifying opportunities, researching new markets, and defining key growth milestones.

  • Corporate development
    Help build internal structure and processes as we scale the team, support international expansion, and prepare reports for investors and advisors.

  • Project coordination
    Drive or support internal projects by organizing meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

  • Support for strategic accounts
    Collaborate with our science and operations teams to ensure key customers succeed in measuring and reducing their emissions.

  • Marketing and communication
    Contribute to content creation including website updates, blog posts, pitch decks, and social media.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For in You

  • Experience in SaaS, startups, or top-tier strategy consulting

  • Passion for climate tech and a strong understanding of sustainability and carbon management

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confidence in working with data

  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage your own projects

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, or Trello is a plus
